The point I am trying to make is that Vicki is not just another person selling a house.  Not only has she lived in the Fox Valley region for many years, and not only has she been active in the community, but Vicki understands a good house, and a good buy, when she sees one. About two years ago, I decided to gut and re-do 3 bathrooms in my home.  I am a working husband with an ill wife.  I needed assistance with 3 different design ideas.  I needed assistance in knowing what would work. What is available. Tile, sinks, vanities, showers, flooring, tile, paint, even accessories together.  Vicki ended up doing for me was to bring, to the home, several different design ideas for me to ultimately choose.  She did all the footwork. And then, once I chose the builder, Vicki took it a step further and became the liason between the general contractor, the labor force, and me.  She understood costs.  What is too expensive or what is not good enough.  What would fit.  What would work.  Not only did she measure and calculate, but she got her hands dirty and did some of the actual work.  And the whole time, she did this with a smile on her face and no stress. I know that when the time comes to sell our home, Vicki Deane will be the person we go to. I recently asked Vicki to help me with a project in my home.  I went to Vicki because she has such wonderful taste and a very creative eye.  Vicki really listens to what you want and gets a sense of what you are trying to achieve.  One of the best things about Vicki is that she gets as excited about your new project as you are.  She is one of the most hard working and enthusiastic people I know.
