She's a strong negotiator, happy to go to bat for you & not afraid to lend a hand when things get tough. We recently sold a home with her and moved out of state after the inspection was completed. Erin was incredibly amazing to work with! I needed to find a place in the city in a short period of time and she knocked it out of the park. She was honest, she stuck to locations that included what I wanted. She handled all of the communication with the realtor to get the lease prepared and signed quickly. She has so much knowledge of the area for someone my age and for a place that I was looking for. She's the SNL "Stephon" of the Chicago apartment scene. Can't say enough positives, Erin was amazing!! And rated beyond 5 stars.
