"We had a serendipitous introduction to Vicki while we started our search in Geneva, IL at a great local deli (Deane's Deli). Within a few minutes my fiance and myself were convinced that Vicki was the person we wanted to work with to buy our first home. Vicki was extremely knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods and steered us in the correct direction from the get go. She was very patient throughout the process, understanding our needs of a growing family, lifestyle and financial budget. She was an absolute joy to visit the different potential places in Geneva, St. Charles and Batavia, provided mature insight for the family, was never pushy and was always very kind and responsive. The thing we really appreciate in Vicki is that she prevented us from buying estate that were not in good locations or might not have had great resale when and if we decided to do so. Thanks Vicki! She was reasonable in negotiating fair values and ensured that we did not get into unwanted bidding wars, making the process amicable and smooth. At times, she advocated against our offer price, to prevent loss of important deals for amounts that might end up being negligible in the long run. I think this is the fine balance a realtor has to play to understand the family's standing, opportunity and hold potential. We eventually locked into a house we love and fits our needs perfectly. "Vicki was amazing from the very beginning until after we bought our first home and moved in. She sat down with us and helped narrow down what areas we were interested in. She was able to pull homes that fit our needs and had home tours scheduled quickly. She was very knowledgeable of the area and similar homes that had sold. Once we found our perfect house, Vicki walked us through every step and was always available to answer questions.
